Privacy policy
Effective date: 29 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit nordcodeq.se or contact us, why we process it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We keep this site deliberately minimal: no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers — the only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us.
1. Who is responsible (data controller)
Nordcodeq, MB
A small partnership (mažoji bendrija) registered in the Republic of Lithuania
E-mail: hello@nordcodeq.se
2. What data we process, and why
a) Messages you send us. When you use the contact form on this site or e-mail us directly, we receive the data you provide: your name (optional), your e-mail address, and the content of your message. We use it solely to read and answer your enquiry and to handle any follow-up correspondence.
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract — and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- Retention: we keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows or a longer period is required by law (e.g. accounting legislation).
b) Technical server logs. The server hosting this site automatically records basic technical data about each request (IP address, time, page requested, browser type), used solely to keep the site secure and operational — legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in the security and stability of the site. Logs are deleted according to the hosting provider's standard rotation periods.
c) Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services, and stores nothing on your device. Fonts, images and animations are all served from our own server — no third-party requests at all.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent personal data. It is disclosed only to:
- Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd. and its affiliates), which hosts this website and our e-mail as a data processor on our behalf;
- public authorities, where the law obliges us to do so.
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- receive the data you provided in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, e-mail us at hello@nordcodeq.se. We answer without undue delay and at the latest within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt) — or with the data protection authority of the EU/EEA country where you live or work.
